To strengthen our purchasing team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Operational Purchaser (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Ordering trading and production materials from our international suppliers
• Ensuring material availability based on regular evaluation of order proposals and independent optimization of scheduling parameters
• Cooperation with our suppliers, as well as sales and production planning
• Monitoring the supply chain in designated areas
• Tracking orders with respect to delivery dates
• Timely control and posting of supplier invoices
• Maintenance of purchasing-relevant master data 
• System-related and commercial processing of return deliveries

Your profile

• Several years of work experience in operational purchasing, international procurement experience desirable
• Experience in the use of ERP system, knowledge of proAlpha will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Precise and diligent working manner, as well as communication and organizational skills
• High level of initiative, reliability and commitment
• Good oral and written English language skills
